So my wife was heading to her sisters house in Fenton when she lost power to her brakes. 500 miles from home she stopped at Tuffy for help. Chad and Scott repaired the brakes and got my wife back on the road. Didn't take advantage of a damsel in distress. A price so fair I don't want to post. Thank goodness for honest friendly people like Chad and Scott at Tuffy.
Had a gasket replaced between two parts of exhaust. I was charged for an hour of labor for a 10-15 minute job - no torching of bolts even. I brought up the discrepancy in charged and actual time with manager and was still charged the full hour. I will never go back to this rip-off place.
