Absolutely, the best service we have ever received! While visiting the area we ran into major truck problems that stranded us an hour from home. The manager, Chad, and his staff went to great lengths to assess the problem and secure transportation for us to get home. He was able to fix the problem rapidly, saving us from taking it to the dealership. I cannot state it enough that the service we received was by far the best we've ever received!
These guys are great. They worked on my truck until they figured out what the problem was. I am totally pleased with the service and friendly people. I was treated very fair with the pricing.
I had my brakes inspected Saturday at a local Chrysler dealer. I was told they were like new. I noticed a Very bad grinding noise yesterday , 3 days later. I drive over 100 miles a day. I called in a panic and spoke to Chad the service manager. What a knowledgeable great guy. I went in at lunch noon , left by 130 brakes repaired for a great price and better warranty. I have never been to a Tuffy before and I'm new to this area. I do have an automotive background and can tell Chad is an honest man. Thank you very much for fixing my car so fast. I called the dealer yesterday still haven't heard anything from them. a couple hours after speaking to Chad I'm at home writing this review A++++++
