I made a comment about the brakes, and they replaced all the brakes and rotors, took care of a small rust spot for me, and hand delivered my new Suburban to me. I was in communication with them on the purchase of a 2008 Chevy plow truck was told it was in excellent condition. I took off work, rented a car, then drove three and a half hours to find out that the truck had more rust holes underneath than the truck i was trying to replace. It was an 11 hour day that could have been avoided with just a few more pictures and someone that would look underneath of it
I bought a 2009 Cadillac CTS took it back to the dealership because of a clunking sound underneath the car. Actually took it back a couple of times for the same noise. They said they would fix it but they never did. Turned out to be a bad drive shaft ended up costing me over $1000 to repair. I will never buy another car from them. I bought the car in the winter they kept telling me it was ice in the wheel. Buyer beware!
