Went into the dealership looking for a truck. Anthony helped us find the right one! He was very helpful and friendly! Everyone at the dealership was nice, asking if we needed anything. Had a great experience, would come here again in the future!
Highly disappointed. Bought my car 3 months ago from a sales representative that is no longer at this dealership and had a few concerns. The sales manager at the time offered to help me with these issues, only to find out he was gone a week later. The new sales manager has not returned any of my 5 different calls although he told me the first time he would look into it. I still have a we owe slip not taken care of. This is not the type of customer service I expected. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping here. It will save you in the long run!
Terrible experience. Was plain lied to about the condition of the car I drove an hour to see. It had two bald tires (one flat), a check engine light on, was scraped up (I was told there were no scratches), it needed an alignment, the visor was hanging from the ceiling, and there was sludge, gunk and fresh water in the trunk. Was told o the phone that the service records were available, but when I got there, they were "locked in an office" that no one had a key to.The car was very overpriced, even if it had been in good condition. I dealt with many people through this dealership, and I absolutely do not trust them. Their goal is definitely not to sell a well-running car, to be up-front with their customers, or to be accountable at all. Very sad.
Worst dealership ever from start to finish. No return phone calls after days!! Not even from the manager.
I'm very upset with my first experience with LaFontaine. I am looking to buy a newer vehicle and I checked several different companies. I had enquired about a certain vehicle at the Fenton location. I received a call back from a very pleasant young lady Lindsey. She emailed me a list of vehicles that fit my needs and price range. The vehicle that I was interested in was in a different location. She told me that she would have her manager request the vehicle be brought to this location. So I set up a time to come look at the Toyota 4runner. I live 45 minutes away from the car lot. My husband and I drove to see the car and when we arrived we were told that they were not able to get the vehicle because it had been sold 4 days prior. No one contacted me to let me know. I will not be doing business with this company.
Service on my vehicle was terrible, had the car for a month for a basic repair. Waited 3 months for a small plastic door cover. Made excuse after excuse. Blamed it on Dodge. Finally got fed up. Called Scott Dodge and they had the part and had no explanation of why Lafontaine couldn't get the part.
Long story short, worst service ever!! Go somewhere else. They Suck!!
