I ordered the lunch soup and salad. We told her we were in a hurry. She brought us our food. A few minutes later she brought us our bill. I put the light on so she would come back. She finally came back. I wanted a refill of soup and salad. Time went by, then she said there was a mix up in the kitchen. Needless to say I didn't get my soup and salad.
Always a great atmosphere! Love the service.
The one thing that I notice about this Applebee's is the attentive staff. There always seems to be plenty of people to provide excellent service. This establishment appears clean while serving the same tasty dishes that Applebee's is known for nation wide.
One of the better Applebee's I've been to. I moved to Fenton in August from Wayne County, I've been to the Applebee's in Southgate, Livonia, and Canton, the one in Fenton has been the best. It had great service, and I felt much more comfortable. Food was great!
The online ordering and food preparation is lacking. I ordered the classic burger with the addition of cheese. I didn't want onions, but there isn't a "no onions" option on the order menu, so I was going to settle for just picking them off. However, when I got my burger, it had ONLY cheese...no lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or pickles, all of which are listed on the menu as being on the burger. We ordered carside to go, and I wish we would have checked the food right there (I'm sure they would have fixed it while my companions' food got cold), but who would have thought it would be so badly screwed up.
