My boyfriend and I moved in about a month ago. When touring the complex we were allowed to see different floor plans and they answered any questions we had thoroughly. Our apartment is super spacious and we never hear our neighbors. When submitting a maintenance request for an outlet, they came within an hour of the request and fixed what we needed on the spot. Every person we have spoken to through the main office or over the phone has been very nice and helpful. Also, the location is great we’re 5 minutes from pretty much anything we need. Oh, and we love that we can pay our rent easily on their rent portal app on our phones. I would most definitely recommend the complex :)
My daughter was moving up from Florida and needed to get an apartment quickly. Tiffany was able to find an apartment for my daughter and started the process. We ended up dealing with Troy at the last minute and he made it happen. We were in the apartment the day my daughter came home thanks to Troy. Awesome job!
On a positive note it does show attentiveness on your part taking the time to review each comment and investigate. Just don't hash it out on this forum. Simple positive replies to every post should be encouraged and remember you're needn't going to please everyone. Look forward to meeting the staff in the weeks to come.

I would liked to make one suggestion, don't call people out on your reviews. It is at the best very questionable practice and lends people to believe there is validity in some of the complaints.
I love living here! I've been here for about 6 months now and never had a problem. Sometimes people park in our carport, but the office staff handles it super well and is extremely friendly. Very reasonably priced and I love our walk out. It's the perfect size for what I need and I don't think I could live without the in-unit washer and dryer, now. I rarely ever hear my neighbors, as everyone generally keeps to themselves. The location of the complex is perfect - off a moderately busy road and far enough from everything that it's peaceful, but within 5 minutes of town. I would definitely recommend these apartments if you're looking in Fenton!
We had the best experience when touring the apartments. Tiffany was so nice and really made us feel comfortable! She answered our questions thoroughly and got us excited to live in these amazing apartments. We loved the apartments and Tiffany!
