The room was spacious and comfortable, the price was reasonable, and the staff friendly. You can't really ask for more. My wife had the continental breakfast and said it was great. They are also dog friendly without gouging you with pet fees. We were very happy with our stay.
DO NOT STAY HERE! If you want poor service, no available maintenance, and a freezing cold room in the fall/winter months, this is the place for you. The night staff was kind, but not helpful. The management would not reverse our fees even though us and four other associated rooms had issues with heat that night. We had NO heat and I've called 3 times this week to talk to Sonni Patel who hasn't returned my call. This is just poor business! If I wanted to freeze I could've slept in my car for free! Then they told us there was no issue with the heating units the next. My camera captured the error code (F1) really well, so don't tell me there was no issue.
Horribly rude staff with even ruder management. This is the worst comfort inn I've ever stayed at. We have a two year old and before leaving the room was a mess so we cleaned it up... organized the trash and the dirty laundry. Even cleaned up the crumb mess our kiddo left. Two days later we were charged 50 bucks on our bank account. So we called the motel and they advised someone puked all over the room and it can't be rented. They lie and steal your money never stay here!!!
Wonderful family friendly hotel. Clean rooms. Great staff. Pool is clean. Wish it had been heated more but kids loved it and hot tub was an extra bonus
I would have gladly given a top rating if it wasn't for the lack of privacy ... privacy is very important to me.
Very nice but gave lower star rating for lack of privacy. Before going in I thought 'how immodest people are becoming' with lights on & curtains not shut. I found out only sheers can be drawn shut across the windows, the drapes are decorative only on the sides of the windows. I took the decorative fabric off the bottom of the beds, stood on the foot stool, & hung them over the window sheers the best I could to get some privacy.
