I tried to review my policy after retiring, could not get any help.
After I retired, I changed my company after finding a more affordable price. I called Brundle in January, 2016, explained, I told the person on the telephone to cancel my policy effective February 1 AND sent an e Mail confirming.
They never replied and today ...I saw that my bank account had deducted the February payment! i am beyond annoyed, inconvenienced...all of that! i finally reached the corporate office and I feel pretty certain that it will now be taken care of. of COURSE...my reimbursement will "take some time"
