Clean gym. Clean showers. Overall small gym. Has basic equipment but could use more. Wish they had a sauna.
Of all the gyms in the area, I like this one the most because it is not crowded, the monthly membership price is fair, and there is sufficient floor space to do abs, and other floor exercises. They have daily group exercise classes and have unique equipment than some of the other gyms do not offer (TRX, Battle Ropes, Cross Country Skier, Row Machines, separate training room).
It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it is never very busy and the people are friendly.
The equipment is not fancy but it does the trick. The staff and members are all friendly and best of all - the gym is open 24/7/365.
